I ALWAYS PREFERRED TO PLAY 18 OR 21 AND UP PARTIES FOR THIS REASON. I am sadden by this man. Jaclyn Torrealba, A beautiful 18 year old girl, was murdered by this dude. This is why all you club owners, promoters & event coordinators need to stop putting all these old ass dudes where they don't belong. The club scene is for young & hip people not old perverts yet every single weekend @ every major club scene in S. FL (Dade, Broward & Palm Beach) there are old ass dudes working at the clubs. My prayers are with her family and I hope that he meets some of her friends in County & up the road.

Wow! I met him many times since I have worked the scene for over 25 years and have been a respected name as a DJ and as a father and friend to all that have met me. It seems that anyone who ever met him should have known he wasn't all there. This girl was a bit young and needed to have her parents do something about dating some guy who just wasn't right.

This is just a reminder to an eye on what places your kids go to and advise them on all the problems of the world and then hope they make the right choices.

I agree with alot of the statements made. For the record I left the scene because of the abuse I have seen among DJ's and promoters in regards to the exploitation of children. I have refused to work with these people in the past. If you are 30 you should be working on making music not making 14 year old in the corner of a club. But Mr. Look At Me would have a different aspect on the current state of affairs if perhaps a family member of his was strangled to death. The very reason I "Slandered" this scene is that someone that old picking up and underage female pushing 30 at an all ages party is amoral. As someone who (regrettably) attended a handful of the kiddie raver parties that were hosted a few years back at X-it in Hollywood -- some in which Seasunz performed -- I certainly wouldn't mind seeing some investigative journalism done on "all ages" club events in South Florida. I've known this guy since I was about 16 years old and I'm 24 now and this news still has me in complete shock. I'm not taking any sides here but the guy was always down to earth sort of like a hippie!!!! Although he was always heavy into the drugs, I would of never though he had a violent side to him. i met this guy once in my house. He was hanging out with my daughter who is 18 years old and when i asked him how old he was, he told me 21!!! I think a little apology is due to DJ's like Hans and the others that posted cause this is not their fault and I know a lot of them personally and know that all age parties make money. Period. I have been in the "scene" since about 93 and I can tell you that no matter the age of the DJ, they will play where they are being paid. Thats is their job/business. Its not their fault that a club or a promoter wants to make the party all ages. And promoters want to make money as well. If you dont agree with younger people mixing with older people than dont let your young kids out to these events.

Its funny when I heard that this happened, I thought of my cousin. My Male Cousin was dating this girl who was three years younger than him (24 and 21 respectively).

The girl had this fighting stance on everything and always ended up scratching and punching my cousin. He just held himself tight and screamed for my AUNT TO COME to kick her out of the house.
