Though, the difference is that Florida doesn't have a graduate system. One ounce, in theory, will get you the same time as four ounces, while in Montana four ounces could put you behind bars for 20 years, and one ounce will only get you six months at most. The The Bulletin of Cannabis Reform still ranks Florida as having the toughest marijuana sentencing guidelines in America.

Bullshit they don't prosecute for this... I live in Florida and know plenty of people caught with marijuana that have been fucked over... the deal here works this way... you get a public defender in this state and your screwed ass... they work for the state and will give you the worst deal possible. Now if you spend a couple grand and get yourself a decent attorney to defend you then your not so bad off.
