Kim Kardashian's Body Guard Accused of Attacking Paparazzi

​The Kardashian sisters aren't exactly known for being paparazzi-shy, but an incident with a photog yesterday on Miami Beach led to the police visiting Kim Kardashian's hotel room, TMZ reports.

Kim and sister Kourtney were getting out of their car when a photographer claims he got a bit too close and a bodyguard attacked him. According to TMZ, this led to a police report that led to a police officer making a stop at Kimmy's hotel room to sort out the incident.

However, another paparazzo who was on the scene tells the gossip site that the allegedly attacked photog backed into a mailbox and was trying to place blame on the Kardashian team. He said the bodyguard in question is "really professional."
