Police Searching for Guy Who Flashed 13-Year-Old at Bus Stop

​We're not really sure what it is that drives people to expose themselves to teenagers in public. Psychologically at least. In this case we know the man was driving in a dark-colored, older- model, four-door car when he pulled up to a bus stop yesterday morning at NW 87th Avenue and Fourth Street.

He then exposed his genitals to a 13-year-old girl before speeding off. The girl says he was in his 30s to 40s with a medium skin tone, dark wavy hair and spoke Spanish.
