Pizza-Ordering Parrot Birdnapped from Hialeah

​In today's roundup of horrible things: a pet parrot that could order pizza was stolen in Hialeah, "baby sperm dies," the Miami-Dade man infected with dengue fever is doing just fine, and 36 people were arrested in a Medicare fraud sweep.

Jack, a 30-year-old blue and yellow Macaw, is pretty much the most awesome parrot ever. He lives with his owner, Charlene Bradley, in Hialeah and says, "I love you," every night before he goes to sleep. He even knows how to call the pizza delivery man on speed dial.

Now he's missing -- the victim of a birdnapping. A thief entered Bradley's apartment around 1 p.m. Wednesday, grabbed Jack with a towel, and took off.

"My son is gone. He has to come home for my health and sanity," Bradley, a former model, told WSVN.

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS. There is a $1,000 reward. [WSVN]
