Sure, there are pressing issues out there like health care, the economy and wars, but going by America's ever growing obesity rate, the most important issue in all of America continues to be French fries. With the exception of the 2003 "freedom fries" controversy, politicians hardly address the issue that is so pressing to many Americans' arteries. Finally, Kendrick Meek has taking a bold stance on the important issue of which french fry is the best in the land.
Ah, the Chick-Fil-A waffle fry. A bold choice. While most politicians would stick to tired old traditions and pick a more linear fry, Meek is able to appreciate the intricacies of the revolutionary waffle texture.
Other politicians might pander to their home bass. Why not pick the fry of Miami-based Burger King? Well, besides the fact that those things taste like salty cardboard, Meek isn't afraid to speak his mind and articulate what is in his heart of hearts.
Why, it was ever-pandering
Charlie Crist who declared of Burger King's food, "Oh my word, that is delicious. Get it away from me." Such a transparent lie, Charlie. No one thinks Burger King food is delicious.
