The most famous author coming to the Miami International Book Fair this year is a guy so devoted to a good read that he refused to put down a children's book even as the Twin Towers fell. We're talking, of course, about George W. Bush, who will be coughing up pretzels of presidential nostalgia on November 14, when he chats up his memoir Decision Points.
