Hialeah's Julio Robaina In Front For County Mayor, But Scandals Could Derail His Ambition

The former city council president has the ingredients to run a winning campaign from controlling the voter base in Miami-Dade's most populous Cuban American city to being one of the most prolific fundraisers in the Republican Party. But several scandals under Robaina's watch could severely damage his shot at a higher office.
