LeBron James Sued Over Atlanta Nightclub Shenanigans

​LeBron James left money on the table when he decided to sign with the Miami Heat, so maybe he's trying to make up the difference with a string of paid nightclub appearances you'd expect from a Jersey Shore cast member. According to court documents, James was slated to appear at Opera nightclub in Atlanta March 17, the night before his team is scheduled to play the Hawks. But now that club has sued James, claiming he broke the agreement and decided to appear at another Atlanta club instead.

According to the Atlanta Constitution-Journal, James was set to get $25,000 for a one-hour appearance. That's slightly embarrassing for him, considering Kim Kardashian pulls in up to $50,000 for an appearance.

Opera representatives claim they had paid James a $12,000 deposit and were set to hand over another $3,000 when they were informed the Gold Room (and you thought Miami club names were bad) had snatched away James's services. Poor Opera, feeling like the Cleveland to Gold Room's Miami.

Opera is now suing James for breach of contract. Of course, either way, James loses because he has to actually spend time in Atlanta nightclubs, which really must be a disappointment after taking his talents to South Beach.
