Marco Rubio Loves Nicki Minaj

Marco Rubio wishes he could have this moment for life. He's a young superstar senator, the likes of which D.C. hasn't quite seen, diverging politics aside, since President Obama. ABC's Nightline scored what it calls "the first national television interview" with Rubio since he took office, and got a behind-the-scenes look at the life of a freshman senator. Among the more surprising revelations: Rubio's favorite new artist is Nicki Minaj.

Jonathan Karl interviews Rubio and gets him to admit his new favorite artist, Nicki Minaj. Clearly a little embarrassed, Rubio says, "She's really good, she's funny," before joking, "I'll probably hurt her record stars."

Later in the interview, Rubio takes a stand against raising the debt ceiling (an economically risky stance) and tries to deny he would run for president or vice president in 2012, but he stops short of giving a definitive answer.
