President Barack Obama will return to Miami next month to deliver the commencement address to Miami Dade College's class of 2010 on April 29. As the largest nonprofit institution of higher learning in America, MDC has a history of snagging big-time commencement speakers. Former President Bill Clinton delivered the address last year, while President George W. Bush delivered his words of wisdom to students in 2007.

Of course, Obama's visit to the largest college in America's biggest swing state just so happens to be a year and a half before the next election, but it's important to note his administration has shown dedication to boosting community colleges. Vice President Joe Biden's wife, Dr. Jill Biden, has a long history as a community college professor and currently serves as an adjunct professor at North Virginia Community College.

Obama was last in Miami just 11 days ago when he delivered remarks on education reform at a joint appearance at Miami Central High School before attending two fundraising events.
