My two sons went to school with these guys and they are shocked to hear that they are being accused of rape. These guys could have any girl why would they take one girl back to their hotel for the sole reason to rape her. The only thing these guys are guilty of is making a very dumb decision to go back to the hotel with her. I have always warned my boys about these type of loose girls and how much trouble they can get into. I have heard horror stories about girls falsely accusing guys just because they later feel bad that they made a fool out of themselves. Many people can comment on how terrible these guys are but if you do not know them personally then you shouldn't judge. These guys had a lot going for them and do you think they would plan on raping this girl and messing up the rest of their lives? I know one of the families personally and my son was a part of their life for a short time and I know that Anthony would not be part of such a brutal crime such as rape. God willing the truth will come out soon and these boys will be freed. I hope that the accuser will come to her senses and speak up and tell the real truth that she went along to have fun with these guys and that later maybe she felt dirty and decided to cry rape. what sounds fishier is why 3 guys on vacation would leave a party to go back to their hotel room. It is likely they picked out a girl who was intoxicated and had her guard down , then one guy pretended heh liked her and the other two guys followed behind them back to the hotel, then all 3 jumped her. Every hotel in Miami Beach has a surviellance camera, that shoudl tell us something.

I know these guys from High School. They were the three nicest guys in school and biggest "ladies men". Everybody loved them, they were not the cock and arrogant type of "ladies man", but genuinely nice guys. They certainly don't need to go to Florida to rape a girl. All of the responses, in this forum that suggest that it was the 21 year old girls fault for getting raped, are cruel and insensitive to say the least. It is possible she was an 'easy' going girl and made the mistake of going with them. Have you never made mistakes in your life? Imagine, if for every mistake that you made this past year, you would get raped and in response to your pain, people would say that you should have known better. Those boys should have known better! There was three of them and only one of her! One of them three could have made the right decision and made the other two stop! The most insane thing about this whole story is that no one knows what really happened - whatsoever. Everyone can reply with their opinions on the girl and the guys and other random BS, but in the interim these 3 guys have their faces plastered all over the world labeled as rapists, are charged with assault and are sitting in county jail without bond b/c a judge felt it was best based upon a loose story by a female party-goer. The damage has already been done to them whether or not they're innocent or guilty. I was falsly accused of a crime and spent 3 days in jail, thousands in attorneys fees and put through an infinite amount of stress and pain just to have the accuser come clean and tell everyone she made up the story days later. It's insane that these guys are already put on the chopping block before anything has actually been proven. It they committed a crime then they deserve punishment, but that has not yet been determined.

there is no evidence of her having sex with more than one but there is evidence of rape and bruising on her arms and legs. she made a really stupid decision, which she may have not made if she weren't intoxicated.
