I am a Tejano and support all laws like the one in Arizona. Did you know if they pull you over for no other reason then color you can sue. I myself have an android phone and could be easily put to record. The cops know it and we know it. This will only effect illegals because they have no papers. Time we seal up the borders and start acting like a Country. I may sound like a bigot, but if people can see what 3rd world countries are like, like I have, you would never want this Great and Proud Country to be dragged down to that level.

Marco Rubio, the "darling" of Florida republicans is one of the supporters of an immigration law like the one we enacted in Arizona. He is "cuban-american", this is the kind of people that enjoyed preferential immigratory treatment, via the so called, "cuban adjustment act", which is a discriminatory legislation under which all cubans arriving to USA are admitted under the pretense that they come here escaping political persecution in Cuba. FALSE, they come to USA, for the same reason all latinos come, looking for a better life. Even, a good number of cubans leave Cuba and are admitted into another country, where they do not fave to fear from Fidel Castro, they still head to Miami and are admitted as " political refugees". I think they just fear missing the sales special events at Macy's and Burdines.All the cuban-american legislators from Florida get elected with the votes of their fellow cubans, then dedicate their time to "combat Castro-communism" . Ja, Ja, in more than 55 years they have not made a dent on Fidel Castro's regime, I suspect that this due to the fact that they really need Castro alive and in power to justify their elections to their stupid cuban supporters. Lets say, What reason would get a person like Ileana Ros-Lehtinen elected to congress in the absence of the Castro regime in Cuba? This lady cannot articulate two good political, social or economic policies to push in Congress, the only thing that presents her as an atractive politician is the "Castro scarecrow". And we, the non-cuban latinos, we end stuck with this person in Congress not representing us, just dedicated to "overtrow Castro and fight terrorism" and yet, in these days they were financing the legal defense of a notorious terrorist, Mr. Luis Posada Carriles, and now they are celebrating his absolution in a legal court and organizing parades and rallies where they will show him as "a patriot". what a joke, ah?Yes, but a very sad joke, because they are in the way to approve a law to persecute and deport all other latinos that do not have the cuban immigratory privileges. Unfortunately, Florida's Immigration bill is very weak thanks to the Chamber of Horrors and the Farm Bureau. What the writer fails to state are the % of Conservatives who don't support this bill because it's such a weak bill. The E-verify provision isn't worth the paper it's written on. Republican support would be higher if it was closer to Arizona's 1070 E-verify provision--requiring CURRENT as well as new hires to be checked for their immigration status by their employers. There are at least 8 million illegals working for a paycheck, taking jobs away from Americans. They would be left alone by Snyder's pathetic bill.

So the State of Arizona has made a roundabout turn, and the State is thriving and the populations of economic illegal immigrants are leaving for new turf. With malleable States nearby like Sanctuary California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado this is their final destination. These have been economic aliens and they have already devastated some of the Border States, with public service opportunities. President Obama held a meeting with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Richard Trumka, leader of the AFL-CIO and a host of open border organizations and business lobbyists at the White House.
