The cause of the Jet Ski crash that left 21-year-old singer Sean Kingston throwing up blood and in the trauma unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital is still under investigation, but authorities have reportedly ruled out alcohol as the cause of the crash. Meanwhile, Kingston still remains in the intensive care unit, and his condition has stabilized.

Kingston was driving a Jet Ski late Sunday afternoon when he hit a portion of the bridge connecting Palm Island to the MacAuthur Causeway in Miami Beach. TMZ reports that Jonathan Rivera, an off-duty member of the Coast Guard, was driving his boat in the same area when he responded to the scene. Rivera says that Kingston was "puking up blood out of his mouth" and "convulsing."

Kingston's life vest had come off and Rivera helped to keep the singer's head above water until a police boat arrived and transported him to the hospital. According to Rivera's account, the female passenger also on the Jet Ski was able to float above water with the help of her life vest, and her injuries didn't appear to be as bad.

There's been few updates, but Kingston's publicist says the singer's condition has stabilized and that he's been moved to the intensive care unit from the trauma unit.

Various reports also claim that the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has ruled out alcohol as a factor in the crash.
