Videos: Heat Fans Celebrate Everywhere from the Metrorail to La Carreta

The non-stop criticism of LeBron James turned ugly when haters started taking aim not just the Heat but at their fans and Miami itself. They said our city is shallow. They said we didn't cheer hard enough at home games. They said we didn't deserve this team. They said we were bad fans. There were a lot of ugly racial, class and cultural undertones to those accusation (even if they weren't intended). Whatever. Miami definitely loves this team, we definitely know how to party, and wild celebrations broke out all over the city last night. Here's a video selection of some of our favorites.

Great fans, huh? So why didn't you "support" your team during the regular season? I could have sworn that arena looked HALF empty by tip off time and still MANY empty seats half way through the 1st quarter. To top it off, you leave 5 minutes early before the final buzzer. That is not what fans do.

Must you "poop" on everyone's party? Even though, you're very right. The final buzzer leaving has annoyed me for years.For every real fan there is 10 bandwagoners this year. Yes, it is annoying but whatareyagonnado? Everyone celebrating doesn't bother me.

Heat refuses to pay rent

Heat,Pay rent. You play on land owned by Miami-Dade County. You have never paid a penny in rent. You are owned by a multi-billionaire. Pay some rent. Why stick the taxpayers with the bills?

The Heat have never paid a penny in rent for the taxpayer funded stadium.

You know while watching the games @ Chicago I noticed that the bulls fans didn't really have any team spirit. Fans weren't wearing the colors of their team, but if you check out the Heat home games, you have a sea of white shirts. heat team pride right there.
