They don't let you wear shades in prison anyway.
It was trying to buy some Gucci shades that did him in.

Thirty-year-old Ricardo Fleurant was arrested at the Coastland Center Mall in Naples late last week after running out of a Sunglass Hut with what a clerk suspected was a stolen debit card, according to the Naples News. Police say Fleurant tried to use someone else's card to buy $295 sunglasses; when he was asked for identification, he fled the store, which, surprisingly, got the clerk suspicious.

Mall security eventually caught up with Fleurant in the parking lot, and police found cash and receipts from Publix, Walmart and Sweetbay totaling $6,500, along with a handgun. He's charged with, among other things, 19 counts of identity theft and felony grand theft.

Also, the sun is still in his eyes.
