Helicopter footage from the Post shows the other boys being questioned by police.
A 15-year-old boy from Coral Gables was shot and killed this morning in Boynton Beach after he stole a BMW with two friends and drove to Palm Beach County looking for homes to burglarize. The victim was accidentally shot by a friend who was playing with a gun in the back seat of the stolen car.

All three boys are believed to be from Coral Gables. Details of where they stole the car have not been released, nor have any identities or ages.

The boys somehow wound up in the Heron Pointe apartment complex in suburban Boynton Beach. The 15-year-old did not have a driver license but was still behind the wheel. A friend was playing with a gun in the back seat, and the firearm accidentally discharged. The bullet hit the driver and killed him. The incident occurred around 7:30 a.m. today.

The two other boys then dragged their friend's lifeless body to the apartment complex's entrance. Sheriff's deputies arrived and found the body lying on the ground.

The boys originally told deputies they had been the victim of a robbery but quickly confessed that they had been in the area looking for homes to burglarize.

The IQ and life expectancy of the average American recently passed each other going in the opposite direction.

These people are not parenting. They are buying things for kids. $500 sneakers for what? And they won't spend $200 for Hooked on Phonics. I am talking about these people who cry when their son is standing there in an orange suit.

Where were you when he was 2?Where were you when he was 12?Where were you when he was 18?And, how come you didn't know that he had a pistol? And where is the father?Or who is his father?

Not to the families they were going to target.  Better them, than the innocent.  Poetic Justice!

Where I come from we got this thing called karma. You do something bad, it come back and bite you in the as s! Big, black, stubborn as s!

Better them than the innocent?  Consider for a moment that you're dismissing the ENTIRE lives of children based on a blurb you read here.

Someone's child died, you fuck.  Other lives have had their paths altered drastically, and they can hopefully recover from it.

I'm not going to rip you apart.  I'll just let your two imbecilic words stand to represent your anonymous little nothingness.  Children.  Children who it can't even be said that their lives were off track.  Children, who happened to the sons of parents. Actual, real, children.  Not hypothetical victims

Their intentions may not have been good.  I'm not going to try and surmise exactly what happened off a few paragraphs in a news report.  It's clearly a shame that their lives took a turn in a direction that led the three of them there.  But your response is just a travesty of humanity.

My heart goes out to the families.
