What an idiot. He was on his way to becoming a multi-millionaire and a hefty early retirement. Driving a City vehicle while drunk?

How about City of Miami Fire Department employee Veldora Arthur? She was indicted for a $11 Mil mortgage scam. She is "suspended WITH PAY" so she sits at home and travels while the taxpayers pay her $20,000 per month. Chief Kemp approved the no-show job.
