Not a good week for Miami-Dade police officers keeping their cars safe. On Monday, police shot and killed a man who jumped in a police cruiser and took off after causing a fatal traffic accident.

Now, police have caught crooks on video breaking into parked police cruisers and stealing guns and ammo.

NBC Miami reports that the incidents occurred in Cutler Bay sometime between October 3 and 11. A group of suspects were caught on video breaking into eight vehicles total, including a federal law enforcement vehicle and three MDPD cars.

The thieves looted the cars, and took a semi-automatic pistol and ammunition. Personal items were also taken.

The men then took off in a green Ford Explorer.

Anyone with information is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.

It only took the police months and for their cars to be stolen and broken into to do anything about it. The black kids in the neighborhood are the ones doing this. our cars have been broken into 5 times in the same neighborhood all this happened. more patroling is needed and these kids need to be caught. plain and simple.

On Monday, October 11, 2011, my great nephew was vilified by the press andMiami-Dade Police. My nephew is just one of many African American males tryingto survive in a society that is more interested in the genocide of AfricanAmerican males than providing an environment that embracing the self-worth ofits citizens. The truth is the taxi-cab driver ran the red light, The truth isthe rookie cop did not handle a traffic accident appropriately. The truth is mygreat nephew had been injured in the care accident. The truth is my greatnephew did not flee the scene. The truth is my nephew stood up and the rookiecop pull her gun on my great nephew. Why would a cop pull a gun out whileworking a severe traffic accident. The truth is the rookie cop got out of hercar and left it running with the keys in the ignition. The truth is sheunloaded her gun on my great nephew. The truth is my great nephew knew thehistory of the Miami-Dade Police Department and feared for his life. The truthis he never tried to run over the rookie cop, she knew she had violated companypolicy by leaving her keys in the car. The truth is that everything is as usualwith Miami-Dade Police...A COVER UP.

Why is it that my great nephew was made to looklike a harden criminal? He had been vilified by statements such as "“Humes was a felon with a long history of arrests; in2009, he completed an 18-month prison term for domestic battery and aggravatedchild abuse.”   By using the words “domestic battery andaggravated child abuse” leading readers andlisteners to think that he harmed a small child which is not true.  Did you all know that a 20-year-old can bearrested for “aggravatedchild abuse” if his girlfriend is17-years old.  Did you know that your son could be next?GlennHumes and Arthur McDuffie

Arthur McDuffie was an AfricanAmerican Marine Corps veteran and insurance salesman savagely beaten by whiteMiami policemen during a traffic stop in December 1979; he died four dayslater. Four officers were tried in Tampa by prosecutors from the office of futureAttorney General Janet Reno, and acquitted by an all-white jury in May 1980.Miami's African American community, already frustrated by a lack of economicopportunity and a sense of being passed over in favor of Hispanic immigrants, was outraged. The night the verdict was announced, riots erupted in the sectionof Miami known as Liberty City; 18 people died.

How wrong you are. They are doing this because the economy is trash and they have no prospects. They know that police cruisers hold weapons and ammo and can get a pretty penny for them on the black market. This is not a new form of crime, it's been going on for the past couple of years and it's happening more often now as America continues to shrivel up. Sending more cops out is not the answer because more cops means more tax money which means a weaker economy.

Forget that black vs white nonsense.

Cops don't care about you. They care about themselves. They did nothing for me when my car was broken into, they did nothing for you and they would of continues to do nothing except now they find themselves as the targets. The social degeneration is accelerating and it would be fascinating to watch if I were in the safety and comfort of another country. Like China or Russia.
