Brutal Illegal Slaughter Farm Raided in Hialeah (Warning: Graphic Video)

Richard "Kudo" Couto is the animal activist responsible for the closure of an entire district of illegal slaughter farms in Northwest Miami-Dade County, through the use of commando tactics like secret surveillance.

By the time you're reading this on Saturday afternoon, Kudo's efforts should have led to another multi-agency raid on a massive illegal slaughter farm in Hialeah. He's been secretly taping the place for months.

Here's a video Kudo made of a hog being brutally slaughtered-- on behalf of another customer-- on the farm that was raided today. Be warned: Watching this footage could ruin your Saturday evening.

We'll be posting much more information on the raid in the coming week. For the time being, Kudo and animal welfare agencies are looking for people to take in rescued animals from the farm: Horses, cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, hogs, cats, dogs, and a variety of fowl.

Email me if you're interested in adopting.

The inhumane methods of slaughter, cause animals great distress, witnessing others being slaughtered in this manner creates the animal to live in a constant state of fear, pumping out stress hormones into its system...then we eat it.....

WE ARE WHAT WE EAT!......meaning the inhumane and thoughtless slaughtering of animals is cruel and uncessary.......IMO.....that is the reason there is an increase of mental illness, ADD, ADHD, and other serious medical conditions because we are eating the flesh of many animals that have been DRIVEN INSANE BY WITNESSING cruel slaughter of other animals.....the high level of stress hormones that is released into the bloodstream, meat, organs of these animals.....and humans consume it.....

Please humans here, read and educate yourselves......there are many slaughtering plants here in the US...that practice terrrible slaughtering of food animals, terrible conditions....I will always be a champion of cruel- free, kind treatment of our food animals....

I am a medical professional, and see an increase in stress, inability coping mechanisms, mental illnesses........I sincerely believe this is one of the causes!

You are splitting hairs here. You are talking about the last 10 seconds of the animal's life where I am talking about the animals conditions over the span of it's life. Their is fear regardless witch way the pig goes. In some cases it can be worse for the pig going the factory farm's way.

In a factory farm the pig is removed from its gestation cage for the first time and put on a truck with standing room only, trucked god knows how far to a slaughter house under the heat and humidity. I have seen videos where they spend days on the road and some pigs even die on the trip through attacks from other pigs and dehydration. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v.... Foottage of pig trucks and a slaughter house. Now do these pigs look calm and happy during their last few hours of life?

Ok... What is the difference from what we see in this video and what happens in a regular state & federal licensed slaughter house? One pays the taxes and fees to the government, that's what. How do you think you can go to the store and buy pork. You think they all grew up in the wild, lead normal natural healthy lives, and died of natural causes? The growing and selling of meat products is big business.

Ever heard of Smithfield? They sell products to US supermarkets. Check their site http://www.smithfieldfoods.com. Now.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v... watch that video created by The Humane Society. These are accepted practices and governmental approved facilities. Just opening eyes and putting it in prospective.

I am not downplaying what is going on in Miami. It is the USDA's job to protect the consumer from bad food and prevent contamination and sickness. To buy meat that's not inspected you put your life in the hands of the growers. I think its good that these unregulated "slaughter farms" are shutdown.

There is no difference. People need to stop blaming the executioners (that they pay) and start looking in the mirror. Go vegan.

You had to be a D'Esposito with such a moronic comment. I wish you were a pig in that farm.

Edward they are killing these animals with hammers....USDA regulated farms DO NOT!

Eve Aruguete

that's not true. watch conklin dairy farms video shot by mercy for animals...(http://www.mercyforanimals.org.... The UDSA does not have the manpower to regulate farms properly. The only animal welfare laws that apply to farmed animals grown for food aren't enforced. As if it isn't enough that "standard industry practices" are incredibly cruel, if you want to poke a cow with a pitchfork, rape a pig or bash it in the skull with a hammer just for fun it's likely you'll never be caught or spend time in jail even if you are caught. I heard some statistic one time that there are like millions of animals per inspector. I've heard it's at an all time high. Another super destructive unregulated industry. if you care about the animals, your health or the environment you need to go vegan.

There has to be something very wrong in the brain to be able to kill so brutally when other methods exist. I do not consider myself in the same species as these third world Neanderthals.

Good thing Miami area cops are harassing each other and wasting time writing speeding tickets. All while this ultimate brutality goes on. Sickening.

Animals all of them. The two legged variety are the worst. I hope these cretins meet the same fate as their victims. Third world slime bags.
