Jeffrey Lluis, Tampa Comedian, Joked On Stage About Arrests Then Robbed Bank Twice

The good news is that Lluis should have plenty more material to work with this morning. He was booked last night after Tampa cops say he tried to rob the same bank twice this week -- even joking around with the tellers the second time.
Lluis first robbed a Sun Trust Bank in Tampa's Citrus Park neighborhood on Tuesday, police tell the local Fox affiliate.
He allegedly walked into the bank wearing hipster neon sunglasses and a dark hat, and told the teller he had a bomb he'd detonate if she didn't give him cash.
Detectives actually questioned Lluis about the first robbery, thinking surveillance tape resembled the aspiring comedian who -- as he was fond of boasting in his routine -- was already on probation for cocaine possession, robbery and forgery.
Unable to pin him down for the crime, they let him go. Yesterday, they say he went back to the same bank -- clad in the same hat and glasses -- and even joked with the teller, "It's me again!"
This time a witness led police back to Lluis. He was arrested and charged with two counts of robbery.
"They recognized him before he even announced the robbery," Hillsborough County Sheriff's Capt. Andy Ross tells Tampa's ABC station. "I wouldn't think he's thinking it's very funny right now."
Here's Lluis doing his "I'm on probation" bit at a Tampa club:
