Bautista came home drunk the night of February 17. He lived in an Oakland Park home with his 67-year-old roommate, Clemente Velasquez, and her 3-year-old Chihuahua mix, Mimi.
Velasquez heard the dog yelp and saw it run away from Bautista. Bautista had passed out without his pants in the yard. The dog, meanwhile, was holding its tail between its legs, according to the Sun-Sentinel.
Bautista told police that he gets "crazy" when he drinks and admitted to penetrating the dog with his finger.
Bautista has been in jail since his February arrest and will get credit for 313 days served. That means he'll be out in about two months. However, after his release, Bautista could face deportation.
