As part of probe into the Florida A&M University marching band sparked by the hazing-linked death of member Robert Champion last month, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement has announced they've uncovered possible fraud and misconduct at the school. Details on the allegations however have not been released.

The FDLE sent a letter to the FAMU board of trustees and the head of the state university system notifying them of possible violations of the law. The discovery will prompt a second investigation at the school separate from the investigation into Champion's death.

All that's known about the possible misconduct is that it was carried out by employees and others associated with the university.

The news comes just a day after three FAMU band members were arrested for hazing activities that left a female band member's leg broken.
