FSU Player Arrington Jenkins Arrested for Stupidest Motorcycle Theft Ever

When former Coral Park Senior High standout Arrington Jenkins chose to play for Florida State University over his hometown team Miami, he told an ESPN reporter: "I don't have to worry about the 'U' anymore. I want to put them in the ground for the next four years."

However, after getting arrested yesterday for allegedly stealing a motorcycle, Jenkins has to worry about forces stronger than the U now.

Jenkins, a true freshman who is red-shirting this season, allegedly pulled off a heist early Sunday morning, according to the Orlando Sentinel. The bike's owner had kept the motorcycle in the back of his truck, which was parked on the street. He reported it missing at 2 a.m.

Police arrived and say they found the world's most obvious clues: tire marks from the bike started right by the truck and led police a short distance directly to the apartment complex where Jenkins lives.

Police ultimately fingered Jenkins and approached him about the theft during the Seminoles' practice around 5 p.m. later that day. The Seminoles are busy preparing for a bowl game against Norte Dame.

Jenkins told police he saw the bike just sitting there in the street and told them: "Anyone who leaves a motorcycle out in the open should expect to have it stolen."

I guess Jenkins decided he might as well be the one to steal it and wheeled it away. Of course, anyone who is stupid enough to leave tire tracks pointing directly to their front door should expect to get caught.

Jenkins was arrested on charges of felony vehicle theft. He was released from a Leon County jail later that day after posting $5,000 bond.

Jenkins amazingly is actually the second FSU football player arrested for theft this past weekend.

That's complete crap, that was my bike in the back of my truck I don't always keep it in there I was gonna ride the.next morning. And police found the clues Bahaha yeah right they were completely useless , they did nothing other than tell me to lower my voice cause they don't no how to do anything other than simply waste our tax payers money.I went home after wasting my time with them woke up and immediately went to make copies of my bike with a reward and I went back to exactly where I was parked walked the area and discovered tread mark trails leading from one side of the street to the other, and followed it from there then call the cops ,and then they began to do there jobs. But that scumbag of a person got would he deserved and I have no pity for him due to his action.

Not just a loser, a loser with big balls! I leave my bike everywhere and see lots of nice bikes left everywhere, but no one (aroun here anyway) touches them cuz you never know who the owner is or when they might come around. Could be some crazy bastard (like me) or a 1%er that would just as soon shoot you for touching his ride! Look people, but Dont Touch!

As a motorcycle rider, no matter where i park my bike it is not for the stupid people of this world to come along and steal it, with that thinking he should have stole the pickup too.

Steal my bike, go to jail!!! Some people will never learn that it is wrong to steal. They think that everything is owed to them. Instead of working and paying for something, they want to just steal it and get it for free. Now he should pay a big price for being a thief!!!

What a piece of trash.  Surely if the recruiter had just spent a little time talking to him he could have determined he is worthless.

It's better to remain silent and appear stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
