Hurricanes' Lamar Miller Reportedly Entering NFL Draft
This season, Miller was the first Cane to rack up more than 1,000 yards in a season since Willis McGahee, and had the third best season of any Cane running back in program history with 1,272 total yards. Miller averaged 106 yards a game, and ran for more than 100 yards in seven games.
Amazingly, it was only Miller's first season as a starter for the team.
SBNation thinks that Miller, "should be considered the second-best running back in the draft after Alabama's Trent Richardson, if he enters."
As a Canes fan we certainly hope that Feldman has his wires crossed. Miller could certainly still has a lot to accomplish in college football (he could be a Heisman worthy talent next year), but with the future of the 'Canes program in question it may not be a bad move for Miller personally.
