Maybe when Matthew Scheidt heard "you can be anything you want to be when your grow up" as a child, he took it the wrong way, because the Florida teen has a strange habit of pretending to be, well, just about anything he wants to be.

Scheidt was arrested by Miami Beach Police today after impersonating an officer and pulling over a driver for not wearing a seat belt. Last year he was arrested for roaming the halls of an Orlando hospital and pretending to be a physician's assistant.

Scheidt, 18, had guns and other paraphernalia in his car that would make it appear he was an officer when he pulled the driver over in Miami Beach. Problem for Scheidt was that the driver he pulled over was an actual undercover cop.

The teen was booked into jail at 6 a.m. this morning on charges of falsely impersonating an officer and carrying concealed weapons without a license.

Scheidt was out on bail, and still awaits trial for his previous crimes. Starting in late August of last year Scheidt, then 17, started impersonating a physician's assistant at Osceola Regional Medical Center. He spent time in operating and emergency rooms, examined and cared for patients and had access to restricted patient information. Scheidt, who had obtained a P.A. badge through trickery, even cleaned and dressed the wounds of a patient in the ER and removed the patient's IV. Scheidt was caught after about six days of playing doctor and arrested.

"If you can come up with a reason I'm all ears. I don't know if I need to get him some psychiatric help, I don't know," father Matthew Scheidt Sr. said according to WSVN. "I'm embarrassed. I'm floored. I love him and those are the best things that I can say right now as a parent. I'm scratching my head right now. I'm scratching my head so hard that my hair is probably gonna fall out."
