Survey Says Miamians Are Dumb, Rude, Bad at Driving

Every year, Travel and Leisure magazine comes out with its "America's Favorite Cities" survey, and every year Miami ends up being ranked as one of the rudest in nation. We ranked fourth-rudest last year; you will be proud to hear, however, that the Magic City has since surged triumphantly into second place, behind only New York in the standings for least-friendly city in the United States.

There are 35 cities ranked in the survey. According to visitors surveyed, Miami is the second-dumbest city on the list, and dead last in "driving ability." We're also in 32nd place for civic pride, in 34th for tech savviness, and in the bottom five for every cultural category on the docket.

Don't worry, though -- we nabbed the bronze medal in the "attractive" category behind San Juan and San Diego, so it's all good.

Your comment is completely irrelevant to the post. It is not the cubans, or haitians, or mexicans, or any other nationality that causes this problem! It is purely the corrupt government and lack of successful police enforcement that creates all of these issues, and if you have a problem with it then write a letter the head of Miami's Police Department. If you want ANYTHING done for your city, or county, or country, and you actually want to change it, make sure you do your research and call the people who are in charge. This situation is a great example of the ignorance of our average American voter! Us Americans keep forgetting that the President can't do everything. The Founders made sure he (or she) couldn't so that we wouldn't end up screwed into a tyrannical nation! CONGRESS has the most power because CONGRESS is supposed to be the voice of the people. The problem is nobody pays attention to Congressional elections because nobody has read the Constitution. Everyone wants the President to get rid of health care, or deal with the budget crisis, or make Gay marriage legal. All of those issues are under Congressional powers, and only an act of Congress can repeal an original act of Congress! The President has limited powers. All he can do is enforce federal law, appoint, ordain, and remove people for agencies within the bureaucracy (he even needs the senate's consent for that), and he can be Chief Diplomat and Commander in Chief! If you want thing to change, make sure you ask the right people to change it. Your CONGRESSMAN has to listen to you, the President is to high up the ladder for that. If you want things to change, it's not hard to change them. Its a matter of whether or not YOU care enough to ask the right person to change them, instead of blaming a whole race for poor driving skills, tell your Department of Motor Vehicles director to test drivers more strictly before giving them their license, tell the Head of the Police Department that you feel Florida Drivers need to see real consequences for breaking laws. Tell them they need more people watching for traffic violations. Nothing will change unless you tell the right person to fix the problem. Its just not how our system works.

The recently arriving Cubans are the worst we need to remove the dry foot wet foot law, they come asking for political asylum and they go to vist Cuba when they have gathered some money i say we send back I can't stand them.
Dumb, rude, and bad at driving is an understatement. Miami is third world and should be taken off the United States map. In the USA, English is the official language, not in Miami though. In the USA, people drive with courtesy, and respect other people, not in Miami.
When someone yells at me in traffic for no reason, I simply say "At least I'm not ugly!" That get 'em every time! Miami, the vainest city in America!

Interesting seeing as how people keep flocking here by the bus/boat loads every year! Funny thing it's usually the tourist or visitors that are the rudest, dumbest and worst drivers around! Hopefully one day people will take one of these "surveys" to heart and stop coming here... If we could only be so lucky!

I was almost hit by this dumb bitch in a Subaru who ran a red light. She followed me to the next light laying on her horn the other time. I signaled her to roll down her window and reminded her that she ran a red light and told her to go fuck her mother before she started screaming at me in Spanish and i turning up the radio and rolling up my windows.
