LeBron James Now Only America's Sixth Most Hated Athlete!

​Good news for LeBron James! He's now only the sixth most hated professional athlete in America! That's down from second place on Forbes.com's list last year. Hell, as we've previously noted, he's no longer the most hated player in the NBA. That title now belongs to that guy who had exclusive access to Kim Kardashian's booty for 72 days.

Here's Forbes' full top 10. The percentage listed is the number of American sports fans who view the athlete unfavorably, according to polling:
1. Michael Vick (60%)
2. Tiger Woods (60%)
3. Plaxico Burress (56%)
4. Ndamukong Suh (51%)
5. Kris Humphries (50%)
6. LeBron James (48%)
7. Kobe Bryant (45%)
8. Terrell Owens (45%)
9. Alex Rodriguez (44%)
10. Kurt Busch (42%)
Hmmmm, so this list include eight African-American athletes, one Puerto Rican, and a white guy at the very bottom?

I have to assume that it was a typo, because I don’t see any Puerto Rican in the list.   If you are talking about Alex Rodriguez, he’s parents are from the Dominican Republic.  You call yourself a sports reporter?

Well, yeah - it's sports.  If you compiled a list of the most hated hedge fund managers or Hollywood directors, would you comment about the fact that they'd be mostly all white?  Methinks not.  It's not a race issue, so don't make it one.
