Guess who's back? Rudy! Rudy! Rudy Moise! Yes, the flashy millionaire who turned out one of the, uh, most memorable campaign ads of 2010 in his bid to capture Florida's 17th district is back to challenge the woman who defeated him last year, Rep. Frederica Wilson. He's already got his campaign website up and running and everything.

Though, Moise is also known for producing and starring in his own low budget feature films, including 2010's Trapped: Haitian Nights, in which he starred alongside Vivica A. Fox. Back in the 2010 primary, Moise poured more than $1 million of his own money into his campaign and outspent his primary challengers, but ended up being easily defeated by Wilson.
