Two women are in critical condition at the Ryder Trauma Center after being shot during a bizarre incident that started with hair pulling at the Molino Rojo Bar in Little Havana last night. Meanwhile, 35-year-old Fidencio Membrano now sits in jail and faces charged of attempted murder and battery.

Police say that Jessenia Hernandez was in the Little Havana hotspot last night when she was approached by Membrano. The man then started pulling on the woman's hair against her will.

Naturally, Hernandez confronted him about the hair pulling, and Membrano responded by asking, "Did I offend you?"

He then pulled out a gun and fired several shots. Hernandez was not injured but bullets struck the two other unidentified women who are now in critical condition.
