The bottom line is Zimmerman was told by 911 NOT TO FOLLOW THE BOY....he proceeded to follow the boy....then he said he would wait by a mailbox for police ...and proceeded to follow the boy! He took justice into his own hands....If Trayvon slammed his head into the concrete ..and beat him so badly he thought the only recourse would be to pull a gun...he would more than likely have marks on his head or face....this is speculation but if I was walking down the street and a guy jumped out of his car and asked me what I was doing here I would be a smart ass...then if he touched me I would run....if he caught me I would hit him... that's not grounds to shoot me....I don't care what your wearing or if someone who looked like me caused problems for you in the past...

You were not there Leisa, you did not witness one bit of it. There are explanations to what happened from BOTH sides. That being said you have DECIDED in your mind that Zimmerman killed Martin in cold blood. You have DECIDED that Zimmerman was an aggressor, Martin was an innocent victim. Ill say again -you did not witness one bit of it.Investigations are methodical. ALLOW them the time it takes before you convict this guy. This all sounds like SOME people want to revert back to lynching without a trial.

Well-- Zimmerman did kill him, and he sounds very calm just before the shooting, and looks ice-cold calm after the shooting. so I would say. he killed him in cold blood.whether you accept it as aggression. letting a person see you follow them , then getting out to follow them even though they didn't do anything wrong, is aggressive from the perspective of the one being chased. However, lynching would be inappropriate.Let the trial take place, hear the evidence, then if he is guilty don't let him get away with it.

You can see a cut on the back of his head with a discoloration to the hair.

His left check - upper and top of nose is swollen and starting the bruising process.

Zimmerman shows no signs of injury whatsoever! Even IF he had been treated by paramedics (is there any proof of this claim, or any reports filled out by them?), if you get punched in the nose (he claims it was broken), there would be redness, bruising, swelling in the area. Same goes for any scalp injuries, the smallest of which would have bled like a fiend! Again, video shows NO injuries to his clean shaven head - not so much as a small lump on the back of his head!! Regarding his clothes on the video --NO blood, dirt, torn material, grass stains on any part of the clothes he's wearing. I'm thankful and grateful to the person responsible for getting this police video out to the public. Obviously they have ethics and want justice for this child's murder!

If Trayvon was on top of Zimmerman, and Zimmerman shot Trayvon in the chest area then blood should have splattered and fell on top of zimmerman's shirt and/or jacket. On the video of Zimmerman when taken to the police station, there is no visible blood on his shirt and/or jacket. What explains this forensic inconsistency?

That (blood splatter) would depend solely on EXACTLY where the bullet entered his chest. if it hit directly into his heart Id agree. Do you KNOW for fact the exact spot , the bullets trajectory and exactly what the bullet damaged? Then you know more than everyone else .

I can't stop thinking about the 911 tape of Trayvon begging for his life for a full minute before Zimmerman glocked him. That large skinny frightened child. I BONDED with that voice. The point is that Zimmerman continued to follow him, after being explicitly told not to by the 911 dispatcher. He was looking for any opportunity to use that gun. Tray would still be alive today if Zimmerman hadn't decided to take matters, and his gun in his own hands. He used the law as a shield. Zimmerman was actively following Trayvon. That is my humble opinion, from a Constitutional Point of View. If Authorities have enough evidence to Arrest him and give him a fair trial, they need to do it forTraynor and his family, and George Zimmerman.

Sorry....but I'm smart enough and experienced enough, as an RN, to know that there would be OBVIOUS signs on Mr. Zimmerman's person if he had been punched in the nose (especially since his lawyer states his nose was broken) and had his head repeated smashed onto a concrete surface. There are many clear pictures of Mr. Zimmerman's face,head, body and NONE of them show ANY bruising, swelling, petechiae, redness, nothing. Furthermore, scalp lacerations bleed like crazy, even 1 cm long ones, and his clothing would definitely have lots of blood on it. Not to mention, Mr. Zimmerman's "reps" claim that they rolled around on the ground, tussling. Amazing that he arrived at the PD looking completely clean, relaxed, and able to ambulate just fine (which is something someone with a head injury would most likely have difficulty with.).

Don't try and twist what this video shows. It's not a matter of "grainy video" or that Mr. Zimmerman "has a darker complexion" -- You are denying the obvious. Mr. Zimmerman's story is completely debunked by this video.

If it is proven that Zimmerman was a cold blooded killer then he should be put away. If it is proven that he was actually acting in self defense at the time that there was a confrontation/assault then that should be taken into CONSIDERATION. On a different note-Spike Lee should be brought up on charges for incitement when he posted more than once what he ASSUMED was Zimmerman's home address. He should be SUED by the folks at that address for the ordeal they are currently going through too.

When a shooting occurs that was self defense based on the evidence offered by evidence, witnesses and the shooter as determined by Law Enforcement who investigated the crime scene, a trial is not always necessary. But since Traynor, Zimmerman, the Witnesses, Paramedics and Law Enforcement are the only credible evidence of what occurred, any other opinion is irrelevant.

Though I don't condone the actions of Zimmerman I can say from personal experience that a broken nose may not be visible on this grainy video. I broke my nose just 2 weeks ago and you couldn't see the real damage until almost 2 days later. In regards to his demeanor my guess he's probably in shock. He's been deemed guilty in the court of public opinion now everyone needs to stop believing the course of events the media wants us to believed happened and let the judicial system be the judge. Yes the media is playing the public right where they want us. This story tugs at the heart strings of the world and that brings viewers and viewers = ad revenue! Guess I should break it down for you all by judicial system that would entail the entire process including the Grand jury that was called today . To much public "outcry" is putting pressure for an immediate action (hanging) of Zimmerman. Everyone needs to settle down let the Sanford Police, Justice Dept and FBI make their case through a thorough investigation. No he hasn't been arrested but I would rather the authorities take their time, gather adequate evidence so that if and when charges are brought they stick! nanook!
