Video: Rep. Bobby Rush Removed from House Floor for Wearing Hoodie for Trayvon Martin

Rep. Gregg Harper, a Republican from Mississippi was serving as acting speaker.
"Just because someone wears a hoodie, does not make them a hoodlum," said Rush as he removed his suit jacket and placed the hood from his sweatshirt over his head.
Harper began banging his gavel and has Rush escorted off the floor by security.
Harper cited a rule that forbids members from wearing hats on the floor. It's the same rule which prevents local congresswoman Frederica Wilson from donning her trademark hats.
