i dont think he meant to kill the baby, i remember when i had my son, i was 19 and young. he wouldnt stop crying and at times i WANTED to shake the hell out of him. i had sense to put him in his rocker or bed and walk away for a couple minutes to gather my thoughts. i had no help and i read every book i could find about babies (what to expect when your're expecting, what to expect in the first year) just to be a little more prepared but no one told me that he wouldnt sleep all night long and still have to energy to be up during the day. i had had a c-section and still learned to deal with it. the mother of the child is just as much to blame because she should have said something when he even yelled at the baby let alone shook him. they both should have used protection if they were not readfy to deal with all that comes along with having kids.

Disgusting excuse for a human.  Why isn't he charged with murder?  I also want to know why did the mom leave the baby with him if she knew he would shake the baby if he was interrupted? Not blaming her, but why would she not think of her child first?  This is a perfect example of people who SHOULD NEVER have kids!!!! Low life, uneducated, no common sense, white trash, probably abused by their own parents. Its a vicious cycle.  I can't imagine who would want to sleep with this fat ugly slob!!! So if I'm reading this right, the baby was shaken sometime between 10:00 am - 2:30 pm on Thursday but wasn't even checked for his injuries until after 4:00 am Friday?  Sounds like both "parents" are too young and stupid to care for any living creature.

I have 2 babies that were only 14 months apart and yes it is very trying and difficult at times by my God not once did that thought even cross my mind. This is too common.  Part of the punishment for people like this should be to have their nuts clipped, or their tubes tied, so they can't have any more children.   We have laws to regulate everything except stupid people procreating.  As sad as it is, that baby is a MUCH better place now.
