It's stories like this that make me sad for humanity and the kind of mentalities society is supporting.

The guy said it: "My main motivation was to make money off the controversy." He did this with no thought of the family of Trayvon Martin and no thought of human decency, consideration or basic compassion. The hateful and cowardous nature of he actions, in my opinion, should be a consideration for being charged with a hate crime or depraved indifference that incites violence (though I know it doesn't work that way).

I will say this to this coward: Step up and be recognized. Since you thought it was such a great idea, own it.

Every culture has there names; you may not like them, but that is the type of opinion that doesn't really need to be voiced. Especially about a kid that was violently killed.

As for the other part of your completely in accurate statement - the man that actually shot the boy was hispanic - so neither a "cracker" or "redneck". If you're going to use racial slurs, you really should know what race it is that you should be using it against first.

As for Darwin...as much as I agree with Darwin in a lot of instances, this isn't one of those instances where Darwin seems appropriate. This wasn't Darwinistic evolution at its finest, this was a sad and unfortunate, and (in my opinion) completely avoidable mistake.
