The incident occurred this week at the Rancho Alegre nightclub in Fort Walton Beach.
Edward Hooks, the victim, was playing dominoes with Will Moore Traywick, 51. Traywick goes by the nicknames "Cowboy" and "Wyatt Earp."

In true cowboy style, Traywick smashed a beer bottle and jammed the broken remains into Hooks's neck. Police arrived to find him bleeding on the floor.
Traywick, meanwhile, had escaped by bicycle. But police found him about 20 minutes later in the restroom of a fast-food restaurant. Of course they did.
Hooks was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. Traywick was arrested on charges of aggravated assault.
No word on what happened to the pork rinds.
