While R. Kelly's kiddy porn legal saga didn't go down in Miami, it was actually local police who ended up arresting him on 12 child pornography charges at the Grand Bay Hotel in Coconut Grove. Miami police were assisting the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The American Pie star's first sign of trouble came when she was arrested for a DUI on Miami Beach in 2001. What followed was a decade of drug abuse and health troubles, but she did manage to clean up her act enough to appear in American Reunion.

There's nothing quite like matching mother-daughter DUIs. Real Housewives of Miami star Marysol Patton got popped for a DUI back in January 2010, but ended up pleading to a lesser charge of reckless driving. Her mother Elsa Patton, a self-proclaimed witch, recurring character on the show, and probably the only reason it got renewed for a second season, got popped for a DUI in October of that year. While in jail, Elsa reportedly befriended a hooker and gave her $50 for a ride home.
