Juwan Howard Interview - 2012 NBA Championship Parade - YouTube.jpg
Thirty-nine is a pretty old aged to start getting into the rap game, but perhaps Juwan Howard is starting to think about his post-NBA career. The Miami center who won his first NBA championship with the Heat last year but isn't guaranteed to come back for next season appears on a new rap album pairing rap stars with NBA players. He'll be laying down rhymes with none other than Miami's own Rick Ross and Trina.

The album Full Court Press Vol. 1 (which, oh boy, hopefully means there will be a Vol. 2) will featured 14 NBA stars, or "stars" rather. Lamar Odom and Carlos Boozer, among others, also appear.

On the tracks they'll be paired with rappers like Snoop Dogg, The Game, Twista and T-Pain.

"I started having fun with it," Howard told WTVJ about his rap experience. "I was like, you know what? I've done this before at home in the shower, but now it's real in the studio, but I started getting into the beat. I have a little rhythm."

NBA stars trying their hand at the rap game is nothing new. Shaq put out a few albums, and Allen Iverson cancelled his after his debut single generated controversy. Kobe Bryant once teamed up with Tyra Banks for a single and appeared on a Destiny's Child remix.

Hopefully Howard will bring his own dance moves to the music video.

Juwan is a clone of Humpty Hump, except he doesn't need the prosthetic nose.
