"LeBron James" Heroin Being Sold in Philadelphia

You'd think Philadelphia would use a basketball superstar from their own team to try and push that brown crystal, but you have to remember that Philadelphia's basketball team is the 76ers and they don't have much in the way of star power right now.

So, apparently heroin dealers in the City of Brotherly Love are using LeBron James to try and sell their product.

According to Philly.com, a drug dealer was busted in Upper Derby recently and authorities seized 140 baggies of heroin. The baggies were printed with the silhouette of a dunking basketball player and the name "LeBron James."

"I don't think LeBron James would be too happy with this drug-dealer dude using his name on these street bags," Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood told the website.

No, we can't imagine he'd be too happy with it either. Especially when he's trying to get people hooked on more legal drugs. Namely caffeine with his Sheet energy strips.

In case you're wondering how much 140 bags of LeBron go for, the street price was apparently $750.

The dealer, Marlon Guess, 19, is now behind bars on $250,000 bond.
