Florida Man Kills Teenager At Gas Station Over Loud Music

What lead to the fatal shooting? Apparently the two had gotten into an argument over loud music coming from the car Davis and his friends were riding in.
In an incident that appears to bear some similarities to the Trayvon Martin case, Dunn and Davis' paths crossed on Friday night at a gas station in Jacksonville. Davis and a four other friends, all juveniles, had just come from the mall and were blasting loud music in their red SUV.

Details are still sketchy at this point, but Dunn allegedly then pulled out a gun and fired several shots at the SUV. One of the bullets hit Davis. The teen was taken to a nearby hospital, but was later pronounced dead.
"Your worst fears come true when the doctor comes in the room with the police officer and the chaplain," his father Ron Davis told News4Jax. "And my heart just sank."
Dunn was arrested Saturday morning at his home in Satellite Beach. According to First Coast News, Dunn is the president of software development of Dunn & Dunn Systems Incorporated.
He stands accused of murder and attempted murder, and will make his first court appearance later today.
