FIU Players Take Recruit to a Strip Club; Tweet About It

If you're a college football recruit who is also a strip club enthusiast, your best bet is to sign with the University of Miami. Failing that, you can always go to FIU. Because really, no one wants to see strippers in Tuscaloosa or South Bend.

So really, we're never really that surprised to learn that strip clubs occasionally become part of the local recruiting process.

Of course, considering that the University of Miami is in trouble for allegedly having football players party on a Ponzi schemer's yacht with a literal boatload full of strippers, it might be best for FIU to keep any stripclub and football related activities quiet.

Well, defensive tackle Isame Faciane (@ICEem_down) and defensive back Demarkus Perkins (@DPerk_15) were on Twitter this weekend talking about their visit to a strip club with a recruit.

Faciane's account is private, but here's Perkins' part of the convo from The Miami Herald's FIU blog.

According to the blog, Faciane replied with, "@DPerk_15 buddy had this look on his face all might."
