Marco Rubio is Selling His Miami Home and Moving His Family to D.C.

Categories: Politicks
Say bye, bye to Marco Rubio. He'll no longer be your neighbor. The superstar junior Senator has decided to sell his Miami home, and will move his wife and kids to Washington, D.C. according to The Daily Caller.

Since being sworn into the Senate in 2011, Rubio has only gotten to see his wife and four young children on weekend and holidays while Congress is in session.

The Daily Caller noticed that his four-bedroom, 2,649-square-foot home in West Miami is on the market for $675,000. According to records, Rubio bought the home in 2005 for $550,000.

Rubio's office confirmed that the Senator indeed plans to move his family to D.C., and enroll his children in schools there.

"If he can sell his home in Miami he would be able to afford to move his wife and kids to Washington during the school year and still own a home in Florida," spokesman Alex Conant told the site.

It's not particularly uncommon among politicians, especially those with young children. Former Representative Connie Mack IV, who ran unsuccessfully for Florida's other Senate seat this past year, had come under fire through out his career for living in Virginia with his kids and fellow ex-congresswoman wife, and rarely making appearances in his southwest Florida district.

This guy is poor shizz!  This guy is the example of Hialeah MIERDA!  Marimbero sister with the brother in law a convicted felon!  This guy doesn't represent anyone but himself.  Hopefully the republican morons put him up for election in 2016 so it will be AGAIN, a landslide victory for REAL AMERICANS CITIZENS!

It is time to change the stakes that these republicans are willing to destroy our economy to save. Time for them to live like the rest of us. And worry about their futures like the rest of us. Then you would see a whole new attitude in Congress.

We could solve a LOT of problems in this country if we just required that politicians live by the same rules as the rest of us.

Put THEM in 401-K's and Social Security for their retirement; put THEM in Medicare; have THEM follow the same "truth in advertising" laws businesses have to follow, let THEM pay for their own vacations instead of the taxpayers sending them on junkets; have THEM obey the law on discriminatory employment practices,Make Politicians Take a Pay Cut Before Cutting Money from Education and Social Services!

Hey they should   cut their own benefits and services. no more lifetime benefits for 4 years of service!
They should NOT be getting lifetime health coverage when they have the money to pay on their own!
