LeBron James Finally Getting Married in San Diego in September

LeBron James is about to make it official. Savannah Brinson, James' longtime partner and baby mama, will officially become Mrs. James this September. According to TMZ, the two have sent out save-the-date cards for their planned wedding in San Diego.

Well, actually its more of a "save the weekend" card. The pre-invite instructs guests to keep the weekend of September 13th through 15th free. TMZ helpfully points out that this coincides with the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur.

Anyway, the card also featured a caricature of James, Brinson and their two sons dressed up formally in a plane.

James and Brinson have been dating since high school, and their oldest son, LeBron Jr., is now eight years old. The two officially became engaged on New Year's Eve just before 2012.

Mazel to the happy couple, but we just hope a wedding ring isn't the only ring James' gets this year.
