Yes, there is some mockery of bad neck tattoos, but also adulation directed at perps who just plain look more badass than we ever will. This is the italicized intro to that series.

if they didnt all look like assholes,i would say that it sucks for them,but every single person here looks like a douche or a slut.i dont feel bad for people like this. most of them look like they were at ultra acting like little baby hoes.
