Incognito and Martin Texted About Poppin' Mollies and Being Stoned

To bolster Richie Incognito's position that threats of violence between him and Jonathon Martin were just the pair's special way of "bantering," Incognito's attorney released 40 pages of text messages between the former teammates to CBS Miami yesterday. Ironically, the controlled leak could lead to more problems for both Martin and Incognito as the pair openly discuss drug use in the exchanges.

On July 29, 2013, Incognito sent a message to Martin exclaiming, "Pop a couple Molly I'm sweeeeatin." Could be that Incognito is just a big Trinidad James fan, or maybe he has the drug preferences of a '90s rave kid.

A month later in late August, Incognito tries to get Martin to come out for a night, but Martin says, "My friend Mary Jane has me glued to the couch."

Incognito calls him a "F***** stoner. Take a shower and get ur a** down here. These bit**** are ready."

"I'm staying in man," replied Martin. "My liver can't take anymore abuse."

In September the pair talked about the previous night's festivities and whether or not Martin went to "Pouncey's" home later in the night, to which Martin replies "Lol hell no. No drugs for me rest of season." Pouncey is possibly Dolphins center Mike Pouncey.

"Goooood That s*** is ridiculous," replies Incognito.

CBS Miami has reached out to the NFL to see if the two could possibly face punishment for admitting drug use. No word back so far.

Incognito went with the nuclear option. Can't say I blame him.

Why don't you guys give this whole journalism thing a stab and reach out to them yourselves?  Maybe you can get the scoop instead of relying on other news sources for your news.
