How is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home winemaking course, and I forgot how to drive?

This is a reminder not to drink and drive. I know we all have done it, but its not worth it. Get well soon Jo Jo!

Thank goodness he didn't hit another driver and only wrecked his own car. Too many drunk drivers hit and kill innocent people. At least in this case it was only him.

It's my opinion that it is actually the city and county planners who are ones who are probably getting trashed at Mansion. It is getting close to impossible to able to function in Miami. This area cannot continue to function with the traffic levels that we have. Massive traffic jams are not the exemption, they are the norm. Just this Saturday, before the event mention in this article happened, my wife tried to get off of South Beach, and we were on the road for an hour and 40 minutes, before we decided to give up and we went back the apartment, and we only went a mile and half. All and all, we were on the road for a total of two hours and we went nowhere. This was because the police had closed off the Julia Tuttle because of an accident.

We were basically prisoners of Miami beach.

The county and the city needs to do something. We need better planning, we need small train service to alleviate the traffic amongst many other solutions, Miami cannot continue at the rate they are going now.

Even if not drunk, at 5:30 AM one would be pretty sleepy

So sorry... The headlines says it all! Partying at Masion! Don't you think that alcohol and/or speed are the cause of it?

@frankd4 who among us has not done something reckless in youth - in the name of fun.  RIP young man, and peace to the grieving loved ones.

@misterflorida2000 yes and make all the taxi cab companies have calls centers and operators instead of only having them ring a fax machine and maybe this young man would of been a regular customer or had a driver.

@dantevida @frankd4

in the name of fun ?  when do these people grow-up ? you mean he has so much free time he can waste it ? why not have donated his time to community projects in a POSITIVE manner ?

i'm concerned MORE about the innocent hard-working family-oriented common people who are usually killed by jackasses just like this clown - the best part about this is no one else was involved with this idiot

MIAMI needs more mature responsible adults and LESS selfish egotistical JOCKasses who don't know how to conduct themselves in civil society = period
