​Here we have  a cake made to look like the head of popular rap artist and Miami resident Lil' Wayne, apparently made for the daughter of Kim Bassinger and Alec Baldwin, complete with licorice dreads and chocolate sunglasses.

We're not sure if Ireland is a Miami Heat fan, but the Dwyane Wade shout out on the band aid wasn't lost on us. In fact, we think we found the actual picture the cake was modeled from: it's from when Wayne was front row at a Heat game.

​The Visionary Tattoo Expo & Art Gathering went down this weekend at the Doubletree Miami Mart, and Boggs Industries submitted this photo to our Miami New Times Flickr pool. It takes a person of a certain amount of testicular fortitude to get about 80 percent of his body tattooed, and then display it to the world.
