"I may be drunk but in the morning I will be sober and you will still be ugly.- Winston Churchill
Ahhhhhhhh the lovely Ines is pissing off the competition again! Notice the cowardice of the naysayers, leaving false names and no links to themselves.
Ines has built Miamism.com into a fantastic site. That takes talent folks! It also requires a great deal of knowledge about her community and real estate. Her lucky customers are also fortunate in that they benefit from her architectural background. A great mix............not unlike a great Mohito!
Keep up the good work Ines!
Remember don't feed the trolls, it only encourages them. Ines knows her mojitos. I trust her judgement.
Wow, I don't even know Inez or live in South Florida - but some of you people are just vicious. Leave the young lady alone - she made a fun video and this restaurant sounds like a great place to visit.
Get a grip!
she's is not a big realtor. the jills are a big realtor.
Nancy dowson is a big realtor.
she's a drunk
For those that have met Ines, you know what a treat she is. She is an amazing blogger, agent and most importantly a wonderful, caring human being.
For those that haven't met Ines, and clearly a few commenters here have not, perhaps you should keep your baseless, judgmental (and entirely inaccurate) opinions to yourself.
Better yet, head over to Scorch and have a few mojitos as obviously you need to get a life.
I'll second the props to Miami NT for lending Ines and others this wicked cool platform.
Oh for pete's sake, who would complain about this video? Sounds like that person *needs* a drink.
I'm not into the real estate biz but I love miamism.com because it isn't just about selling property. The mojito reviews and regular photo features are actually a fun and interesting contribution to our blogosphere, whether or not you are in the market to sell or buy.
Ines, you rock on in your Miami bad-ass self. Miami wouldn't be the same without you! I shall sew you a wreath of mint leaves.
PS ... props to NT for giving Ines and other local blogs props!
Sounds like a great place to try. I love it when people give a personal review of their favorite things about a community. I have learned so much from Ines about the Miami area from the lifestyle to the market conditions and to her Mojito reviews. I am not a big drinker but I do know that Miamism ROCKS...
cheers to you! what a neat way to bring a taste of your local community to the web. Live & unedited = Real and believable! I will be in Miami this September and will surely try the food and Mojito at Scorch.
@CWaterhouse
Spot on! couldn't agree with you more!
What did I learn from this video?
1) Ines is dedicated to Miami, the lifestyle & the people who live there.
2) Ines is truly a "neighborhood specialist" (anything you want to know about Miami - ask Ines!)
3) Ines exemplifies a good natured, intelligent human being that anyone would be lucky to work with.
4) Brilliance and Beauty - Ines is a genuine person who is truly one of a kind.
5) If I'm ever in Miami, Ines would be the first person I called.
Wow, perhaps the thing impacting the taste of the mojitos for some of you above is the permanent bitterness that resides in your mouths. Wow! Unbelievable.
Ines sold us our place, and was PERFECT at every step. Talk about a restaurant all you want, but have some class when you're talking about good people. Isn't the world tough enough these days?
The only thing that rocks harder than the Mojitos is Ines!
I know she is a dedicated professional, and fun person that likes sharing her enthusiasm for life (and mojitos).
Next time I am in Miami, I'll have to take a trip to Scorch.
That is SO cool! Not many Realtors get local business info like that and have fun doing it! Now that is the kind of agent I like:)
So, having a drink at a restaurant makes one a drunk? My, my, the things that people assume. Ass-umptions, rarely correct, and in this case, so far off base it's just sad.
Ines is a nationally recognized professional Realtor who excels at her job and tries to make the world just a bit more fun. I enjoy her reviews and her genuine, happy spirit shared generously with the rest of us.
The world can be a dismal place. This review made me smile.
i had a friend who used her as a realator and they said she was in real estate because she couldn't get work as an architect.
Well, I have tried many Mojitos around town, and Scorch has the BEST! Ask Tony for the Pineapple Mojito for a great twist on the original...and the food....well...YUMMY!!!
I drink and I eat and both the mojitos and the food at Scorch are FAB!! Go there!
Wow, the girl's pretty bad, but Scorch, on the other hand, is really good so check it out ;O)
How would she know. She's out drinkin all the time.
That's one realtor to trust; a drunk on.e
Well I am a drinker & I can tell you- Mojitos taste like shit. =)~
I'm not much of a drinker but I can tell you that the food at Scorch is excellent!
