Four special courses, it's a prix fixe, "Ocean Drive" cocktail, spiked with rum! God bless BLT Steak, your home meat home.
Who: Chef Laurent Tourondel (well, probably his sous chef Sam Gorenstein, if we're talkin' in person...)
What: Special Independence Day prix fixe menu priced at $45 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Includes complimentary "Ocean Drive" cocktail with Bacardi Light Rum, VeeV acai liqueur, guava nectar and lime juice. Start the meal with a choice of cajun-spiced shrimp and corn salad, or double cut smoked bacon, roaring '40s blue cheese and marinated tomatoes frisee salad, followed by choice of American Wagyu flap steak 8 oz. ($12 supplement) with smoked cippollini and chimchurri, or "Cheddar BLT Burger," or Maine lobster roll with Asian style spicy coleslaw and potato salad with Bacon and BBQ Sauce.
