Bengal Modern Indian Cuisine's All You Can Eat Lunch Buffet In Pictures

• According to my late friend, Mohammed Saleem Younis, Bengali cuisine has a history of being very healthy. I eat a lot of Indian Food, and those pictures make me crave to get on an elephant and travel down all the way from West Palm to Miami, just to have lunch and maybe stay on for dinner. I suppose I would have to start a day before to get there on time, elephants being so slow, but imagine what an appetite and wonderland of taste extravaganza it would be like on arrival at the restarant. Do you think Bengal Modern Indian Cuisine has a place to park elephants? But alas, I do not own an elephant, only a very large appetite for North Indian cuisine. But on the other side of the coin, I don't have to share my chappatis with an elephant. (If you don't share, I hear they can get angry and sit on you.) Elephants have good memories, you know from eating chapattis made from whole wheat atta, and will wait to do their sitdown for an appropriate moment.) Guess I must travel by more conventional means until rising gas prices make elephants cost effective in South Florida. Must do The Bengal Modern Indian Cuisine at my eariest opportunity for their excellent preparations, but please don't tell my elephant, he will get jealous if he doesn't receive a share of the food. • Having recently been to Calcutta (West Bengal) and North India, it's good but I wouldn't call it authentic. Their tandoori chicken is juicy and fantastic though.
