Many people in Miami pronounce Winn-Dixie como Ween Deehee, but the supermarket chain is down with Latinos so they're celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month in our city by bringing in Food Network celebrity chef AarÃ³n SÃ¡nchez to do some cooking demos.

AarÃ³n stars in the show Chef vs. City, a food race across the U.S. alongside Chris Cosentino of Incanto and Boccalone in San Francisco.

AarÃ³n is executive chef/owner of Paladar and Centrico in NYC, so we're guessing the dude can cook.

Here, he will execute a Hispanic recipe and highlight a wine pairing for the dish. Our wild guess is they sell the ingredients and wine right there at Winn-Dixie.
